EA Games SUCKS!

Ok, to begin my story i must start from the beginning, that would be Thursday the 11th. i was skimming the internet and found out that EA games had put out some games for the T-mobile G1 being a G1 owner myself, and very curious as to what a major gaming company could do with the phone, i decided to purchase one of said games, it was between tetras and monopoly, i chose monopoly because it had pretty good graphics, and seemed sort of fun, so i went through the process on my phone of purchasing said game. it sent me to an error page before (i thought) the transaction was complete, so i tried again, thinking i must have done something wrong, and it sent to me the same error page, i forgot to mention, this payment wasn't through EA games it was through some other company called "bango" which i guess services mobile companies... and i had to make a bango account before i was able to purchase anything, anyways, i saw that i could "top-up" my bango account, so i thought "that must be the problem" so i put money in there (you could only do so in $5 and $10 increments and the game was $7) well even after doing this, i STILL never received my game, well needless to say i was kind of irritated by this point, so i went to bango's customer support and they said they couldn't do anything, that you had to contact EA, so i went to EA's "customer support" if you could even call it that. first you had to sign up for a EA Master account, then after signing up for an account, the ONLY customer service that is available is a form that you can fill out to ask questions, no phone number, no email address... just a form, and in this form you were suppose to select the model phone you had, and OF COURSE the G1 was not listed, even though they sell games souly for the G1... hmmm... i chose a t-mobile sidekick and continued explaining in my "question" that i did NOT have a sidekick but infact had a G1 and that the fact that they didn't have that as an option was absurd! after submitting the question it says they will get back with you in 24 hrs. well... YESTERDAY i realized i had not heard back from them, a little over 24 hrs i thought, so i filled out the form AGAIN explaining that it had been well over 24 hrs, and i had heard nothing. then i started scowering the internet for a support line, i was tired of not being able to talk to someone in person, and getting this resolved. eventually i came across a website not even affiliated with EA games that had information on it including a support number, i called this number, and they gave me the Customer Support number... (why this number isn't on EA games website i do not know) i called and waiting on hold for HALF AN HOUR while the music cut in and out like a cd with scratches, i almost shot myself in the head... it was ridiculous EA FREAKEN GAMES! the makers of the SIMS a huge freaken company having THIS horrible of costumer service... well eventually i got in touch with a rep and told them everything you read here, and he found my account, i haven't gotten my money back yet, because i had to find my "bango" id and send it to them via the form i had used originally, and even after that he said it would take about 3 business days.... all this because i wanted to try out a stupid game on my phone. so, if ever you think about downloading a game for your phone from EA games... just know, DON'T its not worth it!
